It is that time of year when you should replace the batteries in your flashlights. As we experienced this weekend, the spring storms that bring our beautiful flowers are upon us. Several cities around us lost power for different periods of time over the weekend. If we were to lose power, you DON'T want to be in the dark.
Remember, our generators will power lights in the hallways, but cannot power our entire building.
You should always keep a flashlight in your nightstand and it wouldn't be a bad idea to keep one by your easy chair in your den. By having two flashlights in two different rooms, you will be better prepared.
The bus goes to the grocery store, to pharmacies and to the discount stores each week. Add those batteries to your shopping list!
