Fall Prevention Seminar - May 12th at 2:00

This seminar could make a big difference in your future.  Preventing falls, strengthening leg muscles and learning other exercises to improve balance can greatly improve your quality of life. We know that "independence" is important to our seniors and we want to help you maintain that lifestyle.  Mark this date on your calendar so you can attend.

Please remember that we have the NuStep in the Fitness Center.  It is considered to be one of the most senior-friendly pieces of equipment on the market.  If you would like to know how to use it, please let Lindsey know.  She will be happy to give you a mini class in using the NuStep.
